Site Assessment: Conducts on-site visits to collect object data and evaluate solar eligibility as best as they can prior technical check.
Customer Contact: Leads the conversation to educate customers on their solar options.
Varying Qualifications: Includes both experienced consultants and a steady inflow of new hires. New consultants rely on expert technical feedback to bridge the gap in their tacit knowledge.

Technical Expert

Feasibility Lead: Approves all projects for technical plausibility prior to the final quote. They carry the responsibility for any critical site issues that emerge during installation that should have been identified earlier.
Pipeline Optimizer: Acts as the primary bottleneck during peak periods. Because their expertise is a scarce resource, their time is the most valuable asset in the scaling process.
Process Oversight: Most impacted by communication and documentation errors. They are the most invested in streamlining processes, as they have the highest exposure to the revision cycles.

Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability

Use app and production analytics to inform design decisions and continuous improvements
